Growing women in faith and practice through the study of God’s Word.
Open Heavens Ministry exists to make biblical truth accessible to women through discipleship and education.
Through a variety of ten-week studies, we help women know God, trust His Word, and grow in their faith.
PLACING GOD’S WORD IN THEIR HANDS
Open Heavens Ministry prints and distributes biblical curriculum, workbooks, and study guides to women in correctional facilities, churches, small groups, and other communities where these resources are needed.
Our heart is especially for women who are incarcerated.
They need more than a new start; they need a new life—one of hope and forgiveness, united in Christ.
We believe opportunity is key.
If we do our part by placing God’s Word in their hands, His Spirit does the rest.
TRUTH CHANGES LIVES
God’s Word is for everyone.
His truth can change a woman’s identity and destiny—even in the darkest places. God’s love can pierce even the vilest hearts and go where no man would willingly tread.
Whether we are teaching women in churches and small groups or providing biblical studies inside Alabama correctional facilities, the mission remains the same:
Teach God’s Word.
Make disciples.
Give women the opportunity to know Christ.
